Analysis
Suspect triggers (most likely to least):
1. 4% AHAs — very strong concentration for 82-year-old skin; can cause severe irritation and inflammatory response
2. Chemical SPF filters — avobenzone, octocrylene, octinoxate etc. are common causes of allergic contact dermatitis and facial swelling
3. Fragrance/parfum — one of the most common allergens in skincare products
4. Preservatives — phenoxyethanol, parabens, MI/MCI
Note: Full ingredient list not available from front label alone. Back-label photo pending.

- Chemical sunscreens — use mineral only (zinc oxide / titanium dioxide)
